I've cashed out many times with this polling site with no issues, but the last three or four times I've had to contact customer service and I had to contact the BBB twice. The last BBB report case was closed and classified as having been resolved. In reality, it was not. I just didn't check my email for 5 days so they closed the case. YouGov does polling that many times is political in nature and ends up being used in the news, so if they kick out people that do not having leftist leanings then the polls featured on TV will indeed be fake news as Donald Trump would say...
