Al Qaeda In Syria Changed Its Name And Now The US Is Arming Them
Though many scoffed when the Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria, Jabhat Al-Nusra, rebranded itself Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham, that cosmetic change was apparently enough to convince the US government to start sending them arms.
In the recent push by rebels in the city of Aleppo, Al-Nusra/Al-Sham took a leading role and was reportedly among the rebels groups who received US weapons. Those weapons will first be used to kill Syrian government troops and after that, well, who knows?
Many, if not most, of the rebel groups fighting the Syrian government are jihadist and few have any serious objection to Al-Nusra participating in their operations, especially given that Al-Nusra has proven to be one of the most effective groups on the battlefield. If Al-Sham and fellow Sunni jihadists prevail over Syrian government forces, a genocide will likely commence against religious minorities in Syria, starting with the Alawites and moving on to other Shiites.

Roshd Virtual University in Istanbul, Turkey offered 100 scholarships to the children of the fighters who participated in Aleppo’s battle. The opposition’s desperation to change the balance of power in Syria has made them embrace Fateh al-Sham and turn a blind eye to the fact that it was until recently the Nusra Front, an internationally designated terrorist group with ties to al-Qaeda.
“According the Syria analyst Charles Lister, there is a significant subsection of the Syrian opposition that does not oppose Fateh al-Sham’s participation in Aleppo related military operations. Moreover, Lister said that opposition forces fighting in Aleppo received for the first time American weapons that are normally designated for forces fighting the Islamic State (ISIS). The opposition’s takeaway is that the United States does not object to preserving the balance on the ground with the Syrian regime, even if doing so indirectlybolsters Fateh al-Sham.”

Under Gaddafi, Libya could boast one of the best healthcare services in the Middle East and Africa. Also if a Libyan citizen could not access the desired educational course or correct medical treatment in Libya they were funded to go abroad.
3. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project
The largest irrigation system in the world also known as the great manmade river was designed to make water readily available to all Libyan’s across the entire country. It was funded by the Gaddafi government and it said that Gaddafi himself called it ”the eighth wonder of the world”.
4. It was free to start a farming business
If any Libyan wanted to start a farm they were given a house, farm land and live stock and seeds all free of charge.
5. A bursary was given to mothers with newborn babies
When a Libyan woman gave birth she was given 5000 (US dollars) for herself and the child.
6. Electricity was free
Electricity was free in Libya meaning absolutely no electric bills!

On The Bizarre Media Blackout Of Hacked George Soros Documents

provide juicy insider details of how a fabulously rich businessman has
been using his money to influence elections in Europe, underwrite an
extremist group, target U.S. citizens who disagreed with him, dictate
foreign policy, and try to sway a Supreme Court ruling, among other
things. Pretty compelling stuff, right?
Not if it involves leftist billionaire George Soros. In this case, the mainstream press couldn't care less.
On Saturday, a group called DC Leaks posted more than 2,500 documents going back to 2008 that it pilfered from Soros' Open Society Foundations' servers. Since then, the mainstream media have shown zero interest in this gold mine of information.
Indeed, the only news organization that appears to be diligently sifting through all the documents is the conservative Daily Caller, which as a result has filed a series of eye-opening reports.
So what could possibly explain the mainstream media's disinterest?
Is the problem that the material is too boring or inconsequential? Hardly.
As we noted in this space on Monday, the leaked documents show how Soros' far-flung international organizations attempted to manipulate Europe's 2014 elections. The "List of European Elections 2014 Projects" details over 90 Soros efforts he had under way that year.
The documents reveal that Soros has poured nearly $4 million into anti-Israel groups, with a goal of "challenging Israel's racist and anti-democratic policies."
Here at home, they show that Soros proposed paying the Center for American Politics $200,000 to conduct a smear campaign against conservative activists.
More recently, an October 2015 document came to light showing that Soros' Open Society U.S. Programs had donated $650,000 to "invest in technical assistance and support for the groups at the core of the burgeoning #BlackLivesMatter movement." Since then, several BLM protests have turned violent.
That same document details how this group successfully used its "extensive networks" to pressure the Obama administration into increasing the number of refugees it would take to 100,000, despite concerns that Islamic terrorists could use the refugee program to infiltrate the U.S.
A separate memo details how Soros tried to use his clout to sway Supreme Court justices into approving President Obama's unilateral effort to rewrite immigration law. "Grantees are seeking to influence the Justices (primarily via a sophisticated amicus briefs and media strategy) in hopes of securing a favorable ruling in U.S. v Texas," the memo, dug up by the Daily Caller, states.
Anyone with this much power and influence demands close media scrutiny. Particularly when he has extremely close ties to the would-be next president of the United States.

Bill Clinton is correct that Comey "amended" his statement in the hearing, to provide more details about what the FBI had found. But Comey did not say Hillary Clinton "had never received any emails marked classified." Two of three emails that had portion markings were call sheets that were improperly marked, and State Department considers the markings no longer necessary or appropriate at the time they were sent. Comey acknowledged that Clinton may not have known what the little-C marking meant.
The whole dispute over the little "c" versus big "C," portion markings versus header, and so on, is the political equivalent of three-card monte. Democrats, like Bill Clinton, have cherry-picked Comey's comments from the five-hour hearing to declare Hillary Clinton vindicated. But what they conveniently sweep under the rug are the 110 emails - which were not a part of the 2,000 that were retroactively classified - that were found to "contain classified information at the time they were sent or received."
Moreover, the diversion to "little-C" markings is an effort to distract the public from the disturbing finding by the FBI that Clinton was "extremely careless" in handling her emails, and should have protected the information whether or not it had a classification marking. And it distracts voters from the fact that for more than a year, Clinton modified her excuse over and over to position herself in a way she can declare she was technically right in some form or another.

A Letter to ABC News Radio [The Public Broadcaster in Australia] Explaining that Trump is Right about Obama and Hillary's Support for ISIS
Dear lie-pushing dipshits,
Trump is right about Hillary and Obama supporting ISIS. It is an open secret backed by many sources of information. [This is a reaction to criticism of Trump aired on News Radio on 12/8].
The support has largely been organised via proxy although the US directly supported pre-cursor groups to ISIS in 2012 in Jordan (where, according to Reuters, US, British and French trainers taught them to use Anti-Tank weapons).
I have sent multiple emails providing information, which you seem to have wilfully ignored.
Here is clipped text I sent to you on 17/2 in relation to an interview you did with counter-insurgency expert David Kilcullen:
QUOTE: Furthermore, in terms of the present sectarian fighting, now led by ISIS and Al Nusra, Kilcullen should be aware that this has come about because of direct intervention by various Nation States - something pointed out by General Wesley Clark in multiple interviews on US Television networks.
Clark, in a recent Fox News interview said that the US, in conjunction with states such as Saudi Arabia, 'uses radical Islamists for foreign policy objectives' and this is part of geopolitical machinations stretching back to operations against the Soviets in Afghanistan.
A recently declassified Defence Intelligence Agency document, ignored by the mainstream press, confirmed Clark's assessment.
In 2012 the DIA wrote that "The West, Gulf Countries, and Turkey" were actively supporting the opposition groups in Syria where the leading elements consisted of 'Salafists, the Muslim Brotherhood and AQI [Al Qaeda in Iraq]'. The document addressed the fact that arms were being shipped from NATO-destroyed Libya, through Turkey, escalating the Syrian conflict all under the watch of the CIA (who claimed they were not directly involved in the arms running). The document said that the powers behind the opposition groups in Syria had envisioned the rise of a Salafist State that would act as a blocking force to expanding Shia (Iranian) influence in the region. In another letter sent late last year to the 7:30 program I explained what has been happening in some detail:
QUOTE: We will never be able to stop attacks from extremists as long as Nation States continue to use these people for geopolitical goals.
A recently declassified US Defence Intelligence Agency document from August 2012 stated that "the West, Gulf Countries and Turkey" were supporting 'Salafists, the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda in Iraq' to oppose the Government of Bashar al Assad.
The document also stated that arms from Libya had been shipped to Syria via Turkey and that the CIA was aware of what was happening (although it did not state if this agency was involved in the operation).
The content of the DIA document was confirmed by the former head of the DIA, General Michael Flynn, who was interviewed by Al Jazeera.
Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of online news followers are already aware of this fact. The involvement of nation states in support of extremists, including ISIS, is well known.
Confirmation of this corrupt circumstance is found easily from a number of separate sources. Unfortunately this narrative is not widely reported in the mainstream press - which is losing credibility because of such omissions. We only get snippets of what is really going on.

Consider the simple fact that US arms supplies to 'moderate' rebels continually fall into the hands of extremists groups, that admit to working with Al Qaeda and ISIS, and that such a policy has been repeated continually during the conflict.
Consider that 'pre-ISIS' extremists were given training in anti-tank weapon use by US, UK and French advisers according to both Der Spiegel and The Guardian newspapers in early 2013:

Dear journalists, to stop further attacks on civilians in western countries you need to report on 'our' involvement in stoking the war in Syria. Report that the unnecessary war is a heinous proxy conflict that has turned Syria into an extremist-producing factory.
If it was not for outside intervention, with the co-operation of countries such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, the USA, the UK, and France, there would be no war.
Report the truth about the proxy war and western military/intelligence links to extremists - who are used as pawns on the geopolitical stage. Address these facts in order to end the conflict in the Middle East. Such reporting will help stop acts of terrorism at home.
The lives of many innocent people are in your hands. The outcome here depends on what sort of story you wish to tell the public.

Guess who was President and Secretary of State during this time? Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump is actually correct when he makes comments saying that these two are responsible for supporting ISIS. This is not even controversial. It is a fact. Looking back to the start of the 21st century, the proxy war obfuscating lies being pushed by those in the Western media will be seen as one of the most heinous episodes in modern human history - ranking up there with the deliberate lies that were pushed to start the 2003 Iraq War.
Also, the polls ARE being rigged in favour of Hillary. And Khizr Khan has legal and financial connections to the Clintons. He is part of a visa purchase business where rich Muslim migrants can pay their way to USA residency. Trump's policies threaten his business interests.
